Join us for a Fiestas Patrias party at Market Square dedicated to Jovita Idár! This celebration for the launch of the new Jovita Idár quarter will include kids' activities created by the Smithsonian Institute inside Centro de Artes, and music and dance at the outdoor stage featuring the debut of a folklórico dance inspired by Jovita Idár's life created by the Guadalupe Dance Company and a corrido by Gino Rivera accompanied by Mariachi Azteca de America!
